About Andrew M. Nouri, MD

Dr. Andrew M. Nouri is a plastic surgeon located in Paramus, New Jersey. Growing up in the vibrant surroundings of New Jersey and New York, Dr. Nouri’s upbringing among four older brothers instilled in him a sense of resilience, determination, and compassion from an early age. His brand-new, state-of-the-art office is located just outside of Central Manhattan and is currently accepting new cosmetic and reconstructive patients.

Dr. Nouri began his educational journey at New York University, where he pursued a major in psychology, intrigued and fascinated by the intricacies of human behavior and motivation. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Nouri embarked on his medical training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where he honed his passion for medicine and surgical innovation.

During his time at Morristown Medical Center, Dr. Nouri immersed himself in the rigors of general surgery residency, demonstrating a keen aptitude for surgical techniques and patient care. It was here that he was recognized for his outstanding teaching abilities, earning several teaching awards for his dedication to mentoring residents and medical students.

Continuing his pursuit of excellence, Dr. Nouri pursued specialized training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stony Brook University/New York Plastic Surgical Group.

 

While in New York, he trained under the best plastic surgeons in the country and received highly specialized training in face, breast, and body surgery.

 

Under the guidance of esteemed mentors, he refined his skills in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, gaining invaluable experience in restoring form and function to his patients.

Dr. Nouri’s dedication to his craft is underscored by his commitment to ongoing research and scholarly endeavors. He has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications, sharing insights and innovations in the field of plastic surgery with his colleagues and peers.

Beyond his clinical endeavors, Dr. Nouri is deeply invested in giving back to the community. Whether through his involvement in volunteer medical missions or his leadership roles in various community outreach programs, he remains steadfast in his commitment to serving those in need.

In his spare time, Dr. Nouri enjoys a diverse range of interests, including playing the piano, mastering the Rubik’s Cube, and staying active through skiing and running. These pursuits reflect his multifaceted approach to life and his belief in the importance of maintaining a well-rounded perspective.
